I’m so glad you’re here. Alaska Hippie Chick began in the summer of 2024 out of necessity and a desire to create natural, gentle products for sensitive skin. After struggling to find products that worked for me without harsh chemicals, I decided to start making my own.
Living in Alaska, I am constantly inspired by the wild beauty of the mountains, forests, and changing seasons. I began crafting small-batch soaps, herbal salves, and lip balms using natural oils, botanical infusions, essential oils, and simple ingredients that are gentle on the skin and made with care.
Every product I make is created in small batches with attention to quality, ingredients, and the simple idea that skincare should be nourishing, not complicated. Many of the herbs I use are inspired by the plants that grow around me, and I love incorporating botanical infusions into my products whenever possible.
Alaska Hippie Chick is more than just soap and skincare — it’s about slowing down, taking care of yourself, and bringing a little bit of nature into your everyday routine.

My Ingredients & Philosophy
Natural oils and butters
I use natural oils and butters that are known for their gentle, moisturizing, and skin-loving properties. Each recipe is carefully crafted to nourish the skin while keeping ingredients simple and natural.
Botanical infusions
Many of my products include botanical oil infusions, where herbs and flowers are slowly infused into oils over time. This process allows me to bring the plants and flowers I love into my products in a simple, natural way.
Essential oils and Fragrance Oils
I use both essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils to create a variety of scent profiles, from fresh and herbal to warm and cozy blends. The fragrance oils I use are phthalate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and free from carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, and organ toxins, allowing me to offer a wide variety of scents while still focusing on safe, skin-friendly ingredients.
Small Batch & Handmade
Everything I make is handcrafted in small batches so I can focus on quality, ingredients, and the details that make handmade products special. Small batch also allows me to experiment with new ideas, seasonal products, and creative designs.
Self-care
I believe self-care is found in the small, everyday moments like a warm shower, a relaxing bath, or taking a few quiet minutes for yourself. My goal is to create simple products that help make those moments a little more special.
Inspired by nature
Many of my products are inspired by nature, the outdoors, and the plants and flowers around us. I love incorporating botanicals, herbal infusions, and earthy scent blends to create products that feel connected to nature.
